How to install the mod
1. Download and install CM16
2. Download kits and scoreboards from the links given above
3. Extract files from Kits folder and copy ‘data’ file and paste it in FIFA 16 root folder
4. Create a folder ‘game’ in FIFA 16dataui
5. Extract files from EPL new popups and move folders ‘overlays’ and ‘globalcomponents’ to FIFA 16datauigame
6. Copy ‘fonts’ to FIFA 16dataui
7. Open CM16 and go to tools and click on Regenerate BH and select FIFA 16 root folder
8. Wait until it says Ready in the bottom left corner of the window
Done and Play the game

i suggest not to do this because you will miss the old scoreboard. the blue scoreboard only appear in fifa 15 and 16
