  1. Arsenal with their added injuries (Tierney) with some of their key players (Tomiyasu, Partey) along with the pending tough matches to have, it now appears to be much headwind for Arsenal.

  2. Gooner fan boys all silent now. Just a couple of weeks back they baiting the pundits to say that they were favorites for top 4. Yes, but barely. Game in hand? They keep forgetting that they have more tough games than Spurs. I already said it's still some ways to go. One slip and Spurs would be back in contention, like now. Arsenal haven't shown that they can take the step up by beating the big teams. Spurs have been showing their quality by beating top teams like City even though they are inconsistent. Once Conte irons out the inconsistencies they will start rolling.

  3. Did LeBarf get punched out? Missing tooth and abrasion on his lip. Maybe just fell on his face after trashing Spurs. Hilarious. Does wee Stevie's jaw ever get sore from blowing Arsenal?

  4. Histerical how much are u guys paid to slag arsenal off. Its so predictable just like media n other punters. We lose one game lets all slag arsenal off again we havent been able to do it it for quite a while also we dont pay off refs like other teams do weve bee f'ked over by var n refs nearly ever game. Look at recent game xhaka booked for 3 fouls 2 of which he NEVER even made. Just coz ref goin on his reputation but dont go on son kane etc simulating in games. FOOTBALL is a joke and needs major sorting No other sport would allow these things to happen. Its all rigged Anyway so y trying to make it look like its all open and anything can happen. How come ref had money he couldnt explain and has unusal bets but was never banned or fined.

  5. I think Spurs have found their tactical plan and are playing great football right now. When a new manager arrives, it takes a while for the plan to kick in. So it was with Conte at Spurs. However, now that Spurs are playing the Conte style, the team has scored 22 in 7. Arsenal won the matches that they should win, beating the lower end teams but have very hard matches coming. Away to Chelsea and West Ham, 2 London derbies and 2 matches that Arsenal might well drop points. I think it will come down to the match at Spurs and as long as Spurs avoid defeat, top 4 will go to Spurs.

I’m a Spurs supporter but tried to write the above objectively.

  6. Looking at squad depth , the beginning of the season. Arsenal has no business in the top 4. So if you ask me they are punching above their weight. Out all the teams in the top 6 race. Their bench are the weakest, they have least experienced manager and players therefore this show something about them. International break can kill momentum and that's what happened to them at crystal palace. I'm sure they will be back and in full throttle for the remainder of games although the injury bugs starting to hampering their squad.

  7. Spurs need to win rest of those games in April, and if fortunate Arsenal drop more points like loss tonight. That week of Liverpool, NLD , Burnley (who always give Spurs more problems then any other team) will be what determines Spurs fate.
Conte has got team really playing his style, but still much room to improve.

  8. it will either be spurs or united. spurs should get a win at home against brighton, burnley, norwich and leicester. a draw to arsenal, and brentford and a loss to liverpool. this should get them to 68pts with villa away and that should be enough for top4. 68(+1or3).

  9. This season is FAR from decided…Spurs still have Villa, Liverpool and Norwich (if they have a chance to stay up could be crazy) left away and Burnley who can be battling still, and Arsenal are away at Chelsea, West Ham, and Newcastle, as well as have United. Don't sleep on United and West Ham based on their remaining fixtures either. FAR from over.
