  1. I am an Arsenal and Sheffield United fan, so this might be a shot in the dark of a suggestion. Why not Sheffield United in the event they sack the current manager? It would make sense and we do have great young player for him to mold. Just a thought.

  2. So Ole with 58% win rate over 3.5 years should never manage again, but Potter on 38% and Super Frankie Lampard 42% are both elite and deserve premier league jobs??? This what you guys call “proper clobber”?? 😂😂😂😂

  3. Martin, can you just occasionally say yes to no please , instead of waffeling your way through ever question put to you ? now be a good chap and go and make Simon a nice cup of tea )))

  4. He must of known Chelsea would ruin him , but he's a great manager and will be great for England he's the obvious replacement for snoozegate

How Southgate actually got the England job is a joke
His managerial credentials …. He had none
    Just a FA Yes man

The uk press have never really questioned his tactics or selection

This is the best English pool of players for selection in the last 25-30 years .

  5. I would have him at Goodison yesterday. We probably cant afford him and he probably wouldnt want to come here.

But…..getting Dyche out now might just save our season. We need a rebuild, we need to be properly COACHED, we need to try and gain an identity again. Even better if he brings the Big Man back home, what a dream team that could be.

As it stands, we are fucked. You know it, we know it

  6. Everyone saying Potter destroyed Chelsea…..no, it was player power and massive egos on out of form players who in turn moved away from Chelsea…..Havertz, Mount….
Potter did wonders at Brighton, Swansea….he is well educated and he as a qualification in emotional intelligence…..but no, the Chelsea players wanted him gone!

  7. I think Potter would do better at a big Championship club, like Leeds, Sheff Wed or Sunderland. Build again, get into the premier league and not fall again for the big club fallacy.

  8. Yet another Brighton person who doesn’t readily adjust to a new team. Graham was a very good manager at Brighton but if he had a fault it was the constant changes to formation. Managers like Graham need a stable environment and a squad they can ready work with. At Brighton Hughton managed to keep the them up for a couple of years with great skill and they were a better team when he left then Potter improved the team with more money . Potter changed Brighton from a bottom 6 PL club to a Top 10 PL side quite an achievement. De Zerbi then took Brighton up another level again . But what works at Brighton doesn’t always translate, you can buy a fast car but can you drive it. What you have seen at Brighton is a gradual but constant improvement year in year, many reasons but primarily The success is because of Bloom and Barber . When ever a player or management person leaves they always seem to know where to find a replacement that’s real skill and a lot of PL clubs for all their money are still in the Stone Age just jumping at any manager or player with no thought.

  9. If he went lyin they are big ckub hv a great team n if he finshed 2nd gd run in europe iver 2 3 year hed getva chance at a big eol ckub. Lyon are a great fknbteam he mby knws hescno a bug nanager n nanages either rekegation teams ir championship as who knocks bk kyin ur potter no jose ffs

  10. Yes let’s bring the coach who plays beautiful football but can’t figure out how to score and had a fragile ego at Chelsea that led to him being poked fun of by the players because he wasn’t good enough. No. Go figure out he hasn’t figured out yet in the Championship. Then come back up.

  11. Simon is BANG ON as per and I would also say that De Zebri will of seen what happened to Graham Potter when he left Brighton to take the Chelsea job.

And if De Zebri has any sense about him he will stay put at Brighton for many years to come because the model that club has and what they are currently doing on the pitch you would have to be an IDIOT to jack that in just to manage at a "Bigger club."

ESPECIALLY when you are expected to hit the ground running at the top tier of management and you are swiftly shown the door if you don't!!
