7. Do ya know what, i can see us (everton) getting a reduced point punishment,but what sickens me is the time its took to bring others to rights& by the time they do it will be AFTER the prem is forced into an IR by government then city will get help & not punishment.

13. The deduction is absolutely absurd, especially in light of their self-admission of financial issues 3 years ago. The regulators are absolutely out of control and are trying to use Everton as a use case to threaten other teams rather than treating them on the merits of the issue. Anytime someone gives a heavy handed punishment, the precedent digs a massive hole to the regulator where you are only driving greater inequity in dealing out punishment.
